Cyberduck For Open Source Application

Cyberduck is an open-source application used for FTP and SFTP on Mac OS X and can be used to connect to any of (mt) Media Temple services. It is said to handles FTP, SFP, Webdav and Amazon S3 transfers. The interface is easy to use and is probably be well suited to first time users.
