Pluck is a Personal Web Information Centerwhich reportedly improves how information on the web is consumed, controlled and created, all from a lightweight, browser-based application. This easy-to-use, RSS reader enables the user to persistently search web pages and product listings from various sites including Google, eBay, Amazon, news sites, and weblogs with automatic notification for new entries or price changes.

New feeds on any topic could be discovered with an integrated RSS feed directory and search engine, which also saves feeds, perches, and bookmarks in one folder, thereby storing related information in one place

The Pluck it button allows the user you to capture, annotate, store, and send a page link from one place, while folders can also be published on to the Internet on Pluck-hosted web pages. Visitors are also allowed to subscribe to public folder in order to receive updates via a built-in RSS feed. The user can also have their folders synchronized wherein the web stuff can be shared across home and work PCs by using Pluck Web Edition which enables the user to access all their stuff from anywhere.
