1. Once you are on uTorrent 3.0, then go to Options and click Preferences.
2. On the left hand side you will see options like Transfer Cap, Remote, DNA, Advanced, etc.
3. Select the Streaming option.
4. After you just select Streaming on the left side of window, on the right pane select the media player you want to use to preview the file, from the list of players installed on your system. You can also select your default media player by merely clicking on Use Default Player. I personally, would suggest VLC player for online streaming.
5. If you are a sophisticated user, you can also configure peer timeout, buffer size values. If you have no idea what they mean leave it unscathed and finally click ok button
6. Next when you try to download any video using uTorrent 3.0 you will see a Stream button next to progress bar. Just click on it and wait for your video player to buffer it.
