Grexit – Share Email Threads with Collaborators and Colleagues

You have a large bulk of emails stored in your inbox, most of the times while you sort out you emails, you realize that the emails may not be useful to you but could be required by others, you can simply share the email thread with others using a tool called Grexit. To use this tool, you simply need to select the email thread, and click on “send to Grexit” link on the top right of the email thread.

This amazing productivity tool is available for Gmail users, the basic logic is that your email threads can be shared with your collaborators and colleagues, whenever you create a thread, the emails will be sent to the participating colleagues and collaborators.

It basically provides the following features:

•    As mentioned if you think an email thread in your inbox can be used with others so that you can work on it collaboratively, you can simply share the thread by pressing the “Send to Grexit” button on your email interface.
•    You don’t have to specifically notify your collaborators and colleagues each time you share an email thread with them, an email notification will automatically be triggered each time you add an email thread to Grexit. All the discussions will be saved in Grexit for future reference.
•    You can search the content on Grexit by typing in the box that is rendered just above your chat box in Gmail/GoogleApps mail.
