Whenever you email or share a link with an event, it provides you with a chart where, unavailable times are colored with gray, potential times are colored with white, and the times are colored with orange for the participants to select. Responders should “sign up” with their name and choose a password so as to return to the schedule and change their availability and you can also see who all has responded.

NeedtoMeet generates links for access and sends the links to you via email, and allows you to create invitations in the app. This service provides you with a “meeting link” and an “administrative link” that helps you to copy and paste into email or information sheet for your group.
