WhenIsGood – Online Event Management Software

WhenIsGood is a web application that provides you a better option in scheduling an events, meetings where you are going to pick a time for the meeting and then email this schedule to others and ask for their availabilities and finally possible meeting time is paired down.

As the meeting organizer you provide an email address where you’re sent a URL for your meeting and you send that URL to anyone and everyone who you’re interested in having attend, and you’re emailed periodic updates about their availability

This application is more about conveying information and not about manipulating it, so getting that particular information shouldn’t require rolling and clicking.
Getting started: The application also doesn’t require any of the normal login/password stuff

•    Click the grid for all your   available times – and you’ll get a link to email to your invitees.
•    They see your proposed times and click on when they are free.
•    You visit your results page and see when everyone can do.
