Tungle – Scheduling Made Easy

Tungle provides an easy and quick way to schedule meetings, across organizations, calendar systems, and time zones where this service eliminates costly double bookings, frustrating time zone mishaps, and the endless back and forth emails and phone calls of finding a time to meet. Tungle is a plug-in.

Tungle syncs with your existing calendar such as Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple iCal, Entourage for Mac and Lotus Notes (Beta).

How Tungle works is simple

•    install the small app
•    connect it to your Outlook client
•    get the multiple blocks of times for meetings from your clients
•    select the times that work best for clients

Inbound scheduling:

Your Tungle.me page is being visited by other users and sends you multiple invitations with multiple times where finally you need to pick the final time and it’s booked.
You need to control the times shown as availabilities and control who you share your page link with.

Outbound scheduling:

Send invitations with multiple times to one or many people. Tungle handles replies, automatically adjusts for different time zones, and prevents from double bookings.
Once booked, it’s automatically added to your calendar and all invitees receive email confirmations.
Tungle Click to Meet, is one of the services which gives every user their own page on Tungle’s service where they can send people to book meetings.
Tungle integrate with Google Calendar, and you can invite people to see your calendar whenever they want.
